3. Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, the customer must:

Contact QASWA TELECOM as soon as possible after discovering the defect.

Provide the original repair invoice or proof of service.

Describe the issue in detail.

QASWA TELECOM will diagnose the issue and determine if it is covered under warranty.

If the issue is covered, QASWA TELECOM will, at its discretion:

Repair the device again at no charge.

Replace the defective part(s).

Offer a partial or full refund of the repair cost (this is less common and at the discretion of QASWA TELECOM).

4. Parts

QASWA TELECOM uses high-quality replacement parts, which may include OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts or premium-quality aftermarket parts that meet industry standards.

5. Limitation of Liability

QASWA TELECOM's liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and/or services, or a refund of the repair cost.

QASWA TELECOM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, or business interruption.

6. Other Conditions

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.

QASWA TELECOM reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the device has been tampered with or damaged due to misuse.

Any repairs performed under warranty are themselves warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
